Why Do We Do, What We Do?
Timber Pointe Developments was created for one big reason: to create an integrity driven General Contracting Company, with a focus on transparency, open communication, expert leadership and management, with quality craftsmanship done right the first time.

Initially, we started out as Home Owners, and Real Estate Investors. As we pursued more and more Home Renovations, we found it difficult to find and deal with quality contractors who could simply be on top of the project, and manage our time and funds efficiently.

Instead of looking for the right contractor - we started our own Company. Our focus quickly shifted to studying Carpentry & building code, understanding & testing the best practices to produce the highest quality in Home Renovations.

At the core, our company leaders have experience after working as licensed Electricians for multiple years, as well as working for the top custom builders in Calgary as carpenters who are on the tools doing the work while handling project management to efficiently communicate and coordinate trades,

All of our estimates provide a cost breakdown of each phase of work, as well as a design schedule that breaks down how we budgeted your funds in our initial estimate. By showing this work upfront, we prove our attention to detail to our customers, and allow you to gain the foresight of the level of finishes before you sign a contract, or submit a deposit.
