Timber Pointe Developments was created to satisfy a need in the market for an integrity driven, honest, transparent construction company, with the focus on helping others - while providing competitive rates.

Our passion in business stems from our drive to help others, whether that'd be building up sub-contractors, mentoring young carpenters to quickly build the skills and knowledge of running a project, or providing a home owner with a quality product with a strong return on investment, while sharing everything we know in the process.

I respect that I am working in someone's home, and am working with funds that took years to save, in order to pursue a home renovation.

Co-Owner of TimberPointe Developments
As an Carpenter, Electrician, & Real Estate Investor, Nathan's attention to detail, and strong understanding of the logistics of building, with the core understanding balancing a budget and maximizing return on investment, have made him a key asset in the company's operations.
His passion for being a strong leader is a key element to his success, valuing communication, discussion and sharing ideas to ensure everyone involved has a strong understanding of the process and plan, is at the top of his priority.

Nathan works actively with his clients to help them make smart decisions during all phases of design, development, and construction, to ensure quality is never waivered, even with a low budget.

With future plans and visions to pursue a long term focus of Real Estate Investing & Development, and helping others achieve the same, is what separates him from other contractors, as he prides himself on being an open book, transparent, never withholding information to knowledge.

Nathan grew up in Calgary Alberta, with a loving family that dedicated their lives to constantly help each other. This instilled these values at his core, that he continues to actively share with everyone around him.
