What To Expect
Initial Consultation
Together, we walk your home, take measurements, plan out your vision and how you want your space to be transformed, while reviewing expectations, and finding out what is most important to you.
Estimate and Scope of Work
We'll follow up after our initial consultation with sending you an estimate/ scope of work breakdown based, as well as a Design Schedule with budgets set for finished material selections, so you know up front what level of finishes we've accounted for in our estimate.
If you approve, and want to work with us, we'll send you a contract and immediately schedule dates to begin the design phase for your project.

Design Phase
Once the contract is signed, and a deposit is made, we'll immediately jump into planning your home. The deposit amount will depend on whether or not you want to work with a Designer, or if you'd rather take over the role on designing your new space, and working directly with us to plan & design your new space.

This phase will produce blueprints, floor plans, and a breakdown of finishing material selections with budgets reflected in our estimate to pick and choose the style, make and model for your home.

Once we have selected the finish materials, reviewed all cost figures, and signed off on the approval - we require another deposit to lock in the order to purchase the finishing materials, and our team will immediately get to work.

Project Start
We'll coordinate the teams, and give you weekly updates on progress via emails, texts, and calls, as well as a shared folder with photos showing the progress after each phase is completed, so you can be apart of the site, no matter where you are located.

We require deposits on labor work performed after each phase of the job is complete. We have found this approach to best the best, as it satisfies trust in our customers, knowing they pay after the work is complete, while building insurance that the project will not continue unless everything meets your expectations, while addressing & fixing problems early.

Due to having large teams of hard working professionals, we require a deposit after each stage is complete to ensure our teams are compensated for their hard work in a reasonable timeframe.

Once our jobs are complete, we perform a professional clean, as well as the last round of progress pictures, & hand over the keys to your new home!
